The first regular meeting of the recently consecrated Hinckley Lodge of Installed Masters No. 9972, will take place on Tuesday 19th November 2019.

During the meeting members of the Lodge will take part in a re-enactment of a ceremony from 1730 entitled "Making a Mason".

All members of Lodges in the Province together with their guests are invited to attend what promises to be a very enjoyable evening. Making A Mason

The Lodge has been presented with a set of gavels that were produced by one of the Founders, W. Bro. Bob Packer. These beautifuly crafted items were turned by Bob in his workshop and they are inlaid with gold leaf. We all will be proud to see these in regular action at our Lodge meetings.

 

The Lodge Gavels

The first new Lodge to be formed in Hinckley for over 42 years was consecrated on May 15th 2019. At this meeting held at the Provincial Headquarters, on London Rad, Leicester, W. Bro. David Fell was installed as it first Worshipful Master. The Lodge Crest is illustrated below this article.
